• Unlimited contact via E-mail and phone

• Follow-up with vendors to confirm details

• Creating a wedding day itinerary, which is distributed to vendors and VIP’s of the wedding party

• Placement of some items such as: table numbers, seating chart, guest book, cake knife and server and guest favours

• Providing direction during the reception

• A certified wedding planner onsite for approximately 10 hours on the wedding day
